Two elegant and spacious bathrooms with rain shower are as nice as the private pool, the fully enclosed tropical garden with lush flowers and plants, a terrace with 4 loungers, a private deck with comfortable outdoor seating and dining area for 7, an outdoor gas BBQ for fun filled evenings overlooking the pool and listening to the sounds of the ocean, monkeys and all varieties of birds.

An open layout includes an elegant kitchen island with a professional gas stove and oven, a large refrigerator/freezer with ice and filtered water dispenser, coffee maker, toaster, blender and all the necessary cooking utensils and small goods.

An indoor dining area for 6 people as well as a very comfortable lounge and TV area with a large flat screen satellite TV complete this wonderful relaxing and comfortable set up.

Gated parking on the property and a fully equipped laundry room with washer and dryer are additional amenities for your convenience.

In this property we have different security measures, including alarm and security cameras, are located at the entrance of the house, green areas and terraces, so they do not interfere with the privacy of the guest.
