Plašas koplietošanas telpas, kas rada sajūtu, ka īrē ne tikai numuriņu, bet veselu, lielu māju. Draudzīga, patīkama komunikācija. Māja no ārpuses rada maldīgu efektu. Kad ienāc ir woow efekts, jo no ārpuses neizskatās, ka iekšā tik labi.
