Positive: Location was amazing. All city and waterfront attractions were within walking distance. The staff were amazing - friendly and so helpful. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order. We loved the cold water dispenser on each floor. Clean and well presented rooms. Air-conditioning.
Negative: Air-conditioning turned off when we left the room as we needed the room card key in place for it to work.
