Positive: Good location, but some important things could be improved The location of Talles Suite is definitely one of its biggest advantages. It is about a 5-minute walk from the minibus station and around 5 minutes from Alaçatı Old Town, which made getting around very easy. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets and towels were clean. The girl working at the hotel was also very nice and spoke English, which was helpful. Overall, the location is excellent and the room itself was comfortable and clean when we arrived, but the service and basic amenities could definitely be improved.
Negative: The rooms are cleaned every two days rather than daily, and since the room gets dirty naturally each day, I would have preferred daily cleaning. When we arrived, there was no one at the reception/lobby to welcome us or help with check-in. We had to ask another guest staying at the hotel to call the hotel on their private number, which was not a good first impression. Another issue was the kitchen. There were absolutely no cups, plates, cutlery, or basic kitchen items available. I had already read similar comments in previous reviews, so I came prepared with paper cups, coffee, spoons, and other things we needed. I also asked for a kettle, but unfortunately the one provided was very old and the inside was peeling, so I did not feel comfortable using it to boil water.
