Positive: Big house with a good size swimming pool. Quiet neighborhood.
Negative: It's lacking some maintenance. The sofa is worn down, the fabric is ripped and covered with blankets. The coffee table is showing some damage to the legs. Some closets have wood shipped off. Due to the color of the light bulbs and the color of the wallpaper the whole house looks dark. In reality it's more old than it looks in the photos. Be prepared to pay a 5000 bath deposit which was returned on checkout. There is a long list of possible fines on the wall which doesn't give a welcome feeling.
