Positive: The property was in close proximity to the beach. 7-10 minutes walk. Clean bedsheets. Stores close by - 5 min walk.
Negative: The parking situation was very disappointing. Although parking was advertised as available, there was no parking available when we arrived. We had to drive around looking for a space, and the one we eventually found was not even a proper parking spot. The owner said that the following day, once some guests checked out, a parking space would be made available to us, but this never happened. The whole parking arrangement was very disorganised. The property also should have been properly vacuumed and mopped before we were allowed to check in. We were not informed that we were expected to empty a bucket of water from the balcony every day. There was an improvised system collecting water from the air-conditioning unit on the balcony, and once the bucket became full, the AC started leaking water inside the studio. This was extremely inconvenient and created a real problem during our stay. There was also no kettle provided, despite one being advertised. In addition, there was no accessible power socket next to the bed because the furniture was positioned in a way that covered the wall sockets. Overall, the accommodation was poorly organised, and several of the facilities advertised were either unavailable or not properly set up.
