Positive: The hotel staff were very friendly, polite, helpful, and patient. The lobby was beautiful, clean, and well-organized. The breakfast was excellent, with a very good variety of options. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and was very satisfied with the service.

Negative: The room's ventilation system was not very good. Toothbrushes and slippers were not provided. The room had a poor view, facing a wall and the emergency staircase. However, rooms with better views were available at a higher price.
