Positive: Exceptional care by the hotel staff! We arrived in the middle of the night, got into our room and noticed that both the sink and bidet were practically unusable because they were leaking in all directions. Being super tired we decided not to change the room then. In the morning the hotel sent a message to check on how we were doing, we reported the leaks, and went down to breakfast They repaired both things while we were at breakfast and when we returned we had a full functional bathroom. Thanks for listening!
Negative: There is a seriously loud sound coming from the ACs in other rooms, or outside, we were not sure. If you are a light sleeper make sure you request a quiet room
