Positive: Property was clean.
Negative: Apartment 311 is quite dark, the is very little sun light. There is a heavy smell of cigarettes smoke, very hard to get rid of it. What you can see at the window is the other building, but not the lake.
Summary: Overall, apartment doesn’t match description. It can be an option to spend a weekend, but at a lower price.
