Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Location was good and the staff are very polite and respectful. Breakfast was good and they had a very thoughtful and good early morning packed breakfast provided when we have early morning visit to Barathang Island. Thank you.
Negative: 1. Rooms are not same as I was in photos. 2. There is swimming pool in photos collection uploaded by one client and it’s there since few months I did booking and it is completely false review and there is not at all swimming pool in Hotel Kind. 3. I have 2 rooms booked at same time and both bedsheets are with hairs on it and there was drop of blood on the pillow, after I ask them they changed new one which was also same with hairs on it, I ask why they said it the laundry service. 4. I ask for cap in evening for next day early morning drop to airport they said it’s all booked and my brother in law had to go on street to look for one.
Summary: Very disappointed when arrived and almost left from hotel but staffs are very kind and respectful which made me stay.
