Positive: Golden View has, in my opinion, one of the best locations on Poros. The hotel offers a beautiful sea view, a very nice private beach, a swimming pool, and an excellent restaurant — the food is so good that you may not even feel like going elsewhere for dinner. The port is within a pleasant walking distance and is perfect for an evening stroll, with plenty of life, restaurants, and atmosphere. Then you return to a completely different environment: peaceful, quiet, cozy, and right by the sea. And if you are tired or simply do not feel like walking back, a taxi from the port to the hotel costs only around €5. It is difficult to find such a good combination on Poros: great location, beautiful views, a private beach, tranquility, and easy access to the port. From the first day, I felt I had made the right choice, and I still felt exactly the same on the last day. I would definitely stay here again.
Summary: Simply the best on Poros.
