Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The location is great. Rooms are good but require maintenance.
Negative: The restaurant treats all passengers as transit passengers of Ethiopian airways. They dont provide standard breakfast items like egg, toast or butter. They force paying customers like me to eat Ethiopian dishes from the buffet. I feel they dont deserve paying customers in the restaurant. In the rooms, They dont give give towels unless you ask them. This also because most of their customers are transit customers.
Summary: The hotel needs to provide better services to paying customers
