Positive: The guesthouse owners were very attentive and friendly. The guesthouse is located in a neighborhood just outside the center of Siem Reap, which makes for a bit more immersive experience among the Cambodian people.
Negative: The facilities are very basic (especially the shower) and not very clean, but it's fine for a solo trip and good value for money.
