Positive: Excellent location with a nice beach view from the balcony. We enjoyed relaxing there. Having breakfast on the balcony and drinking the morning coffee was so special, it made my day! The beach is so close, we took walks in the evening as well. The hosts are friendly, they help with everything.
Negative: I think this is a personal/cultural opinion, but the music (let's call it music :))) ) from the beach wasn't our taste :) I'd rather listen to the sounds of the nature. On the evening when the music stopped, we could even hear the sound of the waves.
Summary: Amazing!
