Positive: The apparent was in a great location.
Negative: Hot and stuffy. No air conditioning. Fans were provided however, there were no plug sockets in bedrooms to plug them into. One plug socket was found hanging out of the wall and the wires fused the electrics in the apartment. This was reported to the owner who simply taped up the exposed wires and failed to repair the issue. This resulted in no electrics to plug sockets in two of the bedrooms.
