Reviewer Type: Solo Traveller
Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Check in staff was nice, view from lagoon room was beautiful, food was tasty for the most part
Negative: - rooms were not clean. When we arrived, there were dead bugs stuck to the wall, sand all over the couch and daybed in our backyard, and lots of flies in the room - food portions were very small (one entree was three pieces of shrimp) and you can only eat three times a day (no place to get snacks). I wasn’t kite surfing but imagine I’d be famished if I were - restaurant staff were hit or miss - unsanitary- cat running around dining room and jumping on tables
Summary: Has potential, but the hotel is not at the quality level the pictures indicate or worth the price
